Douglas-Guardian provides a cost effective alternative to performing inventory inspections compared to utilizing an in-house staff. With our Floor Plan Inspection Service, you can have a monthly accounting of your merchandise. We can report on the status of your merchandise (e.g. in stock, demo, contract pending, returned or not yet received, sold, etc.) and if sold, when payment was issued. Our personnel, if you so request, can collect payment on units sold but not yet paid by your dealer.

This service can be utilized on all types of equipment. With accurate, physical on-site inspection of your investment, you can reduce risk by avoiding costly errors. Timely service can make an important difference when you need to verify existence before the release of funds. We typically can provide the service within 24 to 48 hours of receipt and fax the results of our inspection to you within 2 hours of completion. We provide coverage on a national basis.
